Your use of aiartspace.co.uk and the shop following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these terms and conditions whenever you use this website.
Terms and Conditions
As an artist signing up to AI At Space Gallery and online shop, you agree to the below terms.
Stock
AI Art Space will be driving traffic and collectors to its avatar led gallery. To ensure the best client experience at all times, we need to ensure stock is appropriately managed. If you are exhibiting a piece in our AI Gallery, you must inform us if this is sold elsewhere so that we can change the stock status to ‘sold’. If the piece has been sold elsewhere, not updated in our system and sold again through AI Art Space, we reserve the right to collect the agreed commission for this sale.
Postage and Packaging
Postage and packaging is not included in the sale via AI Art Space. It is to be quoted and billed to the collector upon sale of a piece. AI Art Space does not hold stock, hold insurance or post artwork directly. This is the responsibility of the artist. When a piece is sold, please arrange for and cost delivery, and AI Art Space will bill the client on your behalf.
Ownership of the Client
Clients that purchase art pieces are clients of AI Art Space. By using our platform, you agree that you cannot sell directly to clients that have been introduced to you via our platform. Should this happen, you will be removed and delisted from AI Art Space and no further promotion or sales will be sent to you. We reserve the right to collect comission for works sold to investors directly outside of our platform.
Copyright and Trademark
Unless otherwise indicated, material on this website, including but not limited to texts, images, illustrations, software, audio clips, video clips, animation files, is subject to the copyright and trademark rights of AI Art Space. Consequently, the material on this website may not be copied, reproduced, modified, posted, transmitted, distributed, in whole or in part in any form whatsoever, without the prior written consent of AI Art Space. All rights reserved.
Products, Content and Specifications
All features, content, specifications, products and prices of products and services described or depicted on this website are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. The inclusion of any products or services in this website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and international laws in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this website.
Please note: We politly request that no external links are placed on our site, either on your sign up process or in your product description. Please do not include links to your own websites or online galleries as they will be removed.
Shipping Limitations
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password information, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. This website and AI Art Space reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders.
Your Shop
Your online shop can include up to 5 art and craft pieces. It will consist of:

Secure payment gateways (using Stripe payment gateway)

You will be set up on AI Art gallery indefinitely however, it is important that you make sales through AI Art Space. We review artists every quarter and reserve the right to remove artists who violate terms of service, upload offensive materials or fail to make sales within a reasonable time frame.
Payments and Commissions
AI Art Space will take full responsibility of selling and marketing your peice. On sale, you will benefit from 85% of the orginal amount. Example: Art work is priced and listed at £1000, you receive £850.

Exchange and Refund Policy
Artists operate their own refund and exchange policy. Please provide your terms upon sign up to AI Art Space.
Cancellation
AI Art Space operate a 14 day cancellation policy. Should you wish to cancel your exhibition space within this time, please contact us.
Electronic Communications
When you visit this website and/or send email to us, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we sent you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
